TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO ‘WIN A BASE LAYER SET FOR YOU AND YOUR BESTIE’ COMPETITION
The promoter of the ‘WIN A BASE LAYER SET FOR YOU AND YOUR BESTIE’ Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") is MY SUNDAY SKI (Riverbank House, 1 Putney Bridge Approach, London, England, SW6 3JD) (“Promoter”).

1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. This Prize Draw is open to individuals worldwide aged 18 years or over, except for employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Prize Draw.
1.2. All entries must be submitted via the Instagram account @mysundayski.

2. THE COMPETITION
2.1. The title of the competition is ‘WIN A BASE LAYER SET FOR YOU AND YOUR BESTIE’.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must:
3.1.1. Follow @mysundayski on Instagram
3.1.2. Like the competition post
3.1.3. Tag a friend in the comments
3.1.4 Follow @mysundayski on TikTok

3.2. Entrants may receive one additional entry by sharing the competition post to their Instagram Stories.
3.3. Multiple entries are permitted. Each individual comment counts as one entry.
3.4. Entries must be made between 12:00pm (GMT) on 06.03.2026 and 11.59pm (GMT) on 09.03.2026 ("Prize Draw Period") to be valid.
3.5. Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid.
3.6. No bulk, third party or automated entries are permitted.
3.7. All entrants must comply with any reasonable directions given by the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw. Failure to comply may result in an invalid entry and/or withdrawal of the Prize.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND CONTACT
4.1. The winner will be selected by random electronic selection within 7 days of the Prize Draw Period ending.
4.2. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.3. The winner will be contacted by direct message from @mysundayski on Instagram.
4.4. The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted in order to claim the Prize.
4.5. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner at random.
4.6. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name, social media handle and/or repost content related to the Prize for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

5. PRIZE
5.1. The Prize consists of:
• Two (2) My Sunday Ski base layer sets (one for the winner and one for the friend they tagged).
5.2. The winner may select the base layer sets from any base layer set currently available on the My Sunday Ski website, subject to availability at the time of selection.
5.3. Sizes, colours and styles are subject to availability and may be substituted with a product of equal value if required.
5.4. There will be one (1) winner.
5.5. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
5.6. The winner may be required to provide a valid email address and delivery address for prize fulfilment.

6. GENERAL
6.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.
6.2. Any changes will be communicated via the @mysundayski Instagram account.
6.3. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6.4. Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of the Prize Draw and prize fulfilment in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
6.5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility.
6.6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Prize Draw except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
